How it works:
Step 1 - Contact us
Simply contact us via our website or by giving us a call and we’ll quote your project within 24 hours. We take the time to ask the relevant questions to make sure no part of our customers’ needs go overlooked.
Step 2 – Quote Approval
Once the quote is approved, we get to work making sure all required documentation is in order and the necessary regulatory checks and filings are taken care of for our customer.
Step 3 – Time to get to work
After establishing the date and time for the project to commence, our operates will show up ready to work. Our hydrovac professional will meet with the on-site lead to confirm location, dimensions and any special considerations to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Step 4 – Clean Up/Invoicing
Once the job is done to our customers’ satisfaction, we haul away all the produced slurry, leaving a clean worksite. If the client needs backfill, we gladly take care of that too, making sure the customer is left completely satisfied. Management will be in touch to see how the project went, what was good and what could be improved upon, so we continue to grow and evolve as an operator. Invoicing is simple and straightforward with an itemized list of services sent to the client and management always standing by to answer any questions throughout the entire process.
